Loss of bladder control

As we age there are certain thing to be aware of; our bodies are slowing down and heredity plays a factor in certain illnesses that may come our way. One thing that happens as we age is that our heart works harder and because of that the heart muscle becomes less productive. The arteries in our hearts become stiffer and that makes your heart work harder. Sometimes this can lead to high blood pressure.

Another thing that can happen as we age is that constipation becomes more prevalent because we eat too many processed foods and not enough fresh fruits and vegetables. Still another thing that happens to some is the loss of bladder control. Constipation that becomes frequent, being overweight and a cough that is chronic—creates a bladder/incontinence problem. To help with this concern, there are incontinence products. These person hygiene pads come in different shapes and sizes and can be purchased at drug stores and at most retail stores.

However, with most health concerns that come with aging, there are solutions that can lessen the problem and help you continue on with your life.
